How to Order

Our website is secure and you can order from us with complete confidence. Your order details are sent directly to Belovely Designs via a secure server. Browse through the ranges without obligation to buy. If you choose to order, place the item in your shopping basket and add more just as you would in a shop. Once ready to leave, go to the checkout to pay for your goods.

Payment is accepted by credit/debit card only using the following cards: Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Belovely Designs reserves the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. Goods will not be despatched until a pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of the Company until we have received payment in full.

How to Use a Discount Code

Sometimes we may offer discount codes which will enable you to take advantage of special or exclusive offers. These may be advertised on our Website and via promotional literature.

An applicable discount code can be added to an existing order at any time before payment is taken.

To use a discount code follow these easy steps:

  • Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. 
  • When you reach the order summary page, enter the code into the discount code box and click ACTIVATE. 
  • The discount is immediately applied. 
Only one discount code can be used for each order. It is not possible to apply multiple discount codes to the same order.

Delivery Policy

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

Our delivery charges and the time it takes our products to reach you vary according to the item ordered and the delivery address you specify. Delivery will be to the UK or international address specified in your order. Some goods may require a signature. If you have requested Next Day Delivery our goods will require a signature to confirm receipt at the delivery address. If you are out at the time of delivery a note will be left to advise where you can collect your order.
All risk in the items you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Postal charges are subject to change. Our Website Delivery Policy will display the current rates.

We aim to be environmentally friendly by using biodegradable and reusable packaging wherever possible.

Delivery Information
The following delivery arrangements will apply in relation to your order. Please note that orders for any Silique products from our Website will be despatched to you separately by courier.

All goods ordered from the Belovely Website are sent out under plain cover with no logo.

UK Deliveries
Items are sent out by First Class post so you can expect your order within three to five working days, subject to Royal Mail couriers meeting their delivery timescales. A signature on delivery may be required. We will normally despatch goods the next working day to when the order is received. The cost of postage is excluded from the goods value for the purposes of calculating whether an order qualifies for free postage.

If you need your goods in a hurry, this delivery option guarantees you will have your order the following working day before 1.30pm. A signature on delivery may be required. Please note Next Day Delivery only applies to orders placed before 1.30 pm on the day of ordering. After this time the order will be sent the following working day.

International Deliveries
Delivery outside the UK will take place between seven and ten working days. This does not include bank holidays or weekends. A signature on delivery will be required. For customers ordering outside the UK, the following flat rate charges will apply:

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our items may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.

Our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing an order for international delivery

Delays
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Should this occur, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure and in relation to delivery, time shall not be of the essence of the contract.

If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay. In these circumstances we will endeavour to despatch your goods within fourteen working days, unless you inform us that you no longer wish to continue with the order.

Returns and Exchange Policy

In General
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions .

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within fourteen days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. We will do this as soon as possible and at most within thirty days of you cancelling your order. We will not refund the postage and packing charge incurred to send the goods to you. If you have received free postage and packing and you return the goods to us, we will deduct an amount equal to the current postage rates displayed on our website. See Delivery section for current rates.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items expressly stated on our website as being non-returnable for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping unopened or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes returning the goods with their original packaging and tags attached to the goods. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We will not refund the costs of goods if they go missing unless proof of posting is provided. Please request this from Royal Mail when returning any goods to us.

We currently offer Freepost returns on all orders, excluding breast forms. Please ensure that you use the pre-printed returns label on your Delivery/Returns Note despatched with your goods. Only use Royal Mail for Freepost returns.

If goods are faulty we will refund you in full for the item.

Exchanges can take five to ten working days. If the exchange item is required urgently it is advised that you place a new order and then return the unwanted goods for a full refund. You will be required to pay any postage on new orders.

UK Returns
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you can return it to us within fourteen days of receiving the goods, for a refund or exchange. This provision is not withstanding the Distance Selling Regulations set out below.

Items for return or exchange should be returned using the returns label provided, together with completion of the Returns Form attached to your Delivery/Returns Note.

Returns or exchanges of Belovely Day, Evening Wear or Accessories should be returned to the address given on the returns label.

We currently offer Freepost on any UK returns. Only use Royal Mail for UK Freepost returns. Freepost does not apply to the return or exchange of breast forms which should be returned at your cost.

If the value of the goods being returned is exactly the same as the exchange goods required, we will be happy to offer a straight exchange. Simply return the unwanted items to us and tell us on the Delivery/Returns Note which item you wish to exchange. We will despatch the exchange goods to you free of charge.

If the value of the goods being returned is different to the exchange goods required, you will need to return the unwanted items to us for a refund. You can then simply order the new items you want via our Website and we will despatch these to you with a new Delivery/Returns Note.

You will be required to pay for any delivery costs on new orders.

Important: For all returns, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting which is an official Royal Mail receipt. This is FREE and insures you for up to £41.00 in the unlikely event of the parcel going missing.

Overseas Returns
If you wish to return or exchange your goods for any reason, you must return it to us by International Registered Post using the address label provided. Be sure to also complete and enclose the Returns Form attached to your Delivery Note. Freepost does not apply to overseas returns. The cost of international returns will be paid for by you.

Important: You must obtain a certificate as proof of postage from your carriage provider.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays. If you notify us of your wish to cancel the order within seven working days we will refund the cost of the goods and any delivery fee you incurred when ordering the goods from us.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by email to info@belovelydesigns.co.uk or at the Belovely Designs returns address above, giving details of the goods ordered and date of delivery.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us as quickly as possible. The goods must be returned to the address shown above. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

After you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund you within thirty days for the goods.

If you do not return the goods, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

How to do a Return or Exchange
Follow these easy steps for returns or exchanges:
  • Fill out your Returns Form in full. The Returns Form is attached to the Delivery Note you received with your order. 
  • Peel off the Belovely Designs- Returns label from the Delivery Note ready to use on your parcel. 
  • Enclose the completed Returns Form with your return items. 
  • Put your return goods in a strong and well sealed mail bag (reuse the one we sent if it is still in good condition). Include any original packaging and tags. 
  • Place the Belovely Designs Returns label on to the outside of the mail bag. If you are reusing the original mail bag be sure the returns label covers your original address details. 
  • Take it to the Post Office for UK returns. For international returns, take it to your chosen overseas carriage provider. 

Amoena Product Returns and Exchanges
We are a UK distributor for Amoena bras and swimwear. The following specific Returns and Exchange Policy applies to the return and/or exchange of Amoena products purchased from our Website:

Subject to the other terms and conditions set out in this Policy, if a customer is not satisfied with their Amoena product, a refund or exchange may be given. You must return the unwanted goods within fourteen days from the date of purchase, using the Returns Form attached to the Delivery Note issued with your Amoena product.

Goods should be returned using the returns label provided on your Delivery/Returns Note to:

If the value of the goods being returned is exactly the same as the exchange goods required, we will be happy to offer a straight exchange. Simply return the unwanted items to the Amoena address above and note on the Delivery/Returns Note which item you wish to exchange. We will despatch the exchange goods to you free of charge.

If the value of the goods being returned is different to the exchange goods required, you will need to return the unwanted items to the returns address above and we will then process your refund. You can then simply order the new items you want via our Website and we will despatch these to you with a new Delivery/Returns Note. You will be required to pay for any delivery costs on new orders.

Important: For any returns, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting which is an official Royal Mail receipt. This is FREE and insures you for up to £41.00 in the unlikely event of the parcel going missing.

All requests for returns and exchanges must be approved by us. Amoena products must be in the original box and in the same condition as they were originally despatched.

Due to hygiene reasons, any Amoena product that has visible signs of having been worn or damaged will not be approved for return or exchange. Returns due to manufacturing defect will be refunded in full. Specially ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Silique™ Product Returns and Exchanges
We are a UK distributor for Silique™ mastectomy breast forms. The following specific Returns and Exchange Policy applies to the return and/or exchange of Silique products purchased from our Website.

Silique™ Limited Warranty Policy
All Silique breast form products come with a limited two year warranty against manufacturing defects. A customer’s sole remedy in the event of such defect is to return or exchange the defective product. Except as expressly stated in this section, all products are provided on an “as is” basis and the Company, on behalf of itself and each of its third person manufacturers and distributors, disclaims any and all warranties, conditions or representations, whether or not implied, oral or written, with respect to the products, without limitation, any and all implied warranties or conditions of title, non infringement, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any purpose (whether or not the Company knows, has reason to know, has been advised or is otherwise, in fact, aware of any such purpose), whether alleged to arise by law, by reason of a customer’s usage in the trade or by course of dealing.
